SMMT high performance SST mirror product G95 is specially designed for high mirror reflection and "automotive headlight reflectors" application.
The typical application is "automotive headlight reflector", which is the main component of the car headlight illumination system for reflection, enabling functions such as switching between high and low beams and preventing direct light. Due to the monopoly of foreign products in this field and the recent updates and iterations of product standards in domestic and international manufacturing, this type of product now demands extremely high performance, requiring over 80% high reflectance and certain processing capabilities. SMMT "G95" all layers are PVD coated and applied by the newest continuous air-to-air vacuum coating machine from Germany. Our technology gives the possibility to coat the ultra-thin stainless steel strips with highest efficiency, highest speed and high stability of product properties and quality among the whole length of the metal coil. (thin as 0.1mm).
This mirror product come with a very stable reflectance over a visible spectrum wavelength range while diffuse reflectance is quite low, it can attain a specular reflectance up to ≥91% at 60°. Compare to competitor product, SMMT G95 high performance mirror has higher total reflectance and 60°specular reflectance, thus more efficient reflection of light as well as higher reflective performance.
